Our reputation management service installs review solicitation and management tools on your websites to generate new first-party reviews, import validated third-party reviews, and provide a platform to monitor and respond to online reviews. How do you structure your pricing for PPC management?

We charge a fee to either set up a new account or evaluate an existing account and charge an hourly or flat fee for this, depending on the complexity of the project. These fees typically range from $1000 to $3000. For ongoing account management, we charge either hourly or a fee based on the budget declining from 15% as budgets go up.

Our comprehensive SEO, AEO and GEO audits typically range from $750 to $1,250. This cost covers a detailed analysis of your current organic positioning in SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages), domain analytics, competitive analysis, backlinking profile, and keyword opportunities. For clients who proceed with ongoing SEO management, we often apply the audit fee toward the first month of service. Ongoing SEO services are billed hourly and depend on the services provided. We will provide a detailed proposal and SEO plan prior to any engagement to ensure that our clients understand what work we are doing and have clear expectations on outcomes.

While we believe in building long-term partnerships with our clients, our specific contract terms depend on the services provided. Some programs show better results with longer commitments, but we’re flexible and can discuss options that align with your comfort level and business goals.

We work with clients to identify distinct audience groups (prospects, customers, partners, alumni, etc.) and develop appropriate messaging strategies for each segment. This includes determining optimal content types, messaging formats (individual vs. group), and sending cadence based on relevant variables like time of year or specific events.
